Summary You will serve as a NUCLEAR CONTINUING & TRAINING DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR in the Production Resources Department (900), Electrical/Electronics Shop (C950), Production Resources Department Manager (C901) of NORFOLK NAVAL SHIPYARD. Responsibilities You will participate in developing, initiating, scheduling, and implementing programs for the development of personnel through Continuing Training and Development Program. You will coordinate the keeping of shop/code training plans current, and check them for adequacy. You will spot audit shops trade theory/core tasks records and qualification records for conformance with guidelines.
