Responsibilities

• Provide urgent and outpatient care to health center patients.
• Conduct remote care assessments by phone, chat, and online platform.
• Perform office tasks related to patient care and documentation.
• Collaborate in a team to deliver high‑quality care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or equivalent.
• Experience in addiction and mental health care.
• Prior work in a health center, competency in care assessment and the Omni patient system.
• Completed medication administration licence and social/health care professional card.
• Finnish language proficiency required; English skills required; Swedish a plus.
• Compliance with infectious disease law and TB screening before employment.
