Lead and oversee clinical nursing practices in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU), including assessment, care planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care standards
Utilise evidence-based nursing practices and manage clinical resources effectively to ensure quality patient outcomes
Provide administrative and operational support to the Assistant Director of Nursing
Offer clinical leadership, mentorship, and supervision to nursing staff within the department
Ensure the delivery of safe, efficient, and cost-effective patient care in compliance with established
Requirements
Degree in Nursing with an Advanced Nursing Diploma in Intensive Care Nursing or equivalent qualification
Registered Nurse with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB)
Min 6 years of relevant experience in a hospital clinical setting preferred
