About the role

• Support new and existing staff within the Community team with the provision of education, training and resources that ensure practice is current, evidence‑based and fit for purpose.
• Collaborate alongside nurses, medical colleagues as well as other educators within the wider PDU team.
• Provide practice and professional development opportunities that enhance service delivery, quality and safety alongside improved patient outcomes.
