+ Responsible for providing medical support and first aid services to Team Members and guests when required.
+ Ensures the effective operation of the hotel medical unit in accordance with Hilton standards, legal requirements, and health & safety procedures.
+ Supports Team Member health and well-being by providing basic medical assistance, coordinating medical appointments, and following up on occupational health processes.
+ Works closely with the Human Resources Department regarding medical procedures, work accidents, health records, and preventive health practices.
+ Maintains confidentiality and professionalism regarding all medical information and Team Member records.
