Assignment Details :
Location: Arcadia, Indiana
Pay: $95 hourly
Start Date: ASAP, Immediate credentialing
End Date: August 31
Schedule:
Tuesday - 2pm to 6pm
Wednesday - 7am to 11am
Friday - 7am to 5pm
Requirements:
2+ years of related recent experience
NP/PA license clear/active in Indiana
Must be comfortable seeing ages 2+
BLS
DEA preferred
