Nurse Practitioner

The TwelveStone Infusion Centers LLC, manages the infusion needs of patients and maintains the continuum of care, from intake, assessment, and treatment through the completion of their visit. Our primary focus is the safe and effective administration of biologic medications (e.g., Remicade, Tysabri, etc.), but we also offer a full range of infusion services including, but not limited to, antibiotics, hydration, vitamins, iron, and steroids. On occasion there is a need for sterile dressing changes and lab draws.

We are currently hiring a Nurse Practitioner for PRN Float coverage for our Middle TN infusion centers and surrounding areas: Clarksville, Skyline, Bellevue, Cookeville, Spring Hill, Murfreesboro and Mount Juliet.
