Job Title: Nurse Practitioner Float - MC

Job Description - Provide evidenced-based care to a panel of patients in collaboration with a clinical care team.
- Conduct accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of health problems.
- Perform health counseling and develop disposition planning for patients.
- Work every other weekend with possible holiday rotations.
- Submit a completed candidate questionnaire and necessary licensure documentation.
Critical Information - This position requires onsite work as needed.
- Training Hours: M-F, 8-hour shifts for two weeks, followed by 4 ten-hour shifts weekly.
- Onboarding requires application for DEA registration unless noted otherwise.
