Position Summary

Northern Health is seeking four Nurse Practitioners to join the innovative Hospital at Home program in Prince George. This full‑time role involves providing acute care to adult patients in their homes, functioning as a virtual inpatient ward. Patients typically remain in the program for 7–10 days and include stable medical and post‑operative surgical cases. Nurse Practitioners will act as the Most Responsible Provider (MRP) for their patient population and work as part of an interprofessional team that includes nursing, pharmacy, rehabilitation, and other allied health professionals. The schedule will evolve as the team is established, and mentorship will be provided for candidates who require additional support transitioning into the acute care setting.
