Facey Medical Group is seeking a full-time nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join an exceptional team in a pain management role. This position will be serving two locations, one in Valencia and the other in Mission Hills, with candidates starting out working exclusively at the Valencia location. As an interventional and pain management advanced practice clinician, candidates must be able to treat and diagnose chronic pain conditions such as neck and low back pain. Treatments that are offered by our clinic include medications, therapy, epidurals, and injections.
