Advanced Practice Provider - UAB Medicine Vascular Surgery Team The following APPs may be considered for this role: Family Nurse Practitioner, Adult Primary Nurse Practitioner, Adult Acute Care Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant Work schedule: Full-time, benefited Day shift (Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm) No weekends, holidays, or call. CME allowance: Full-time APPs receive an annual $2,000.00 CME allowance. Vascular Surgery is seeking a highly motivated Advanced Practice Provider to deliver care to our vascular patient population in clinic. This APP will work directly with the vascular surgeons, their residents, and fellows within the Division of Surgery and Endovascular Therapy in addition to staffing independent ambulatory clinic where they will be responsible for maintaining accurate patient records, assessing patient needs, managing and prescribing medications as appropriate, managing wounds, providing treatment options and education.
