Currently recruiting a Nurse Practitioner (PT Care Coordinator) to provide perioperative and surgical care coordination services at Naval Medical Center San Diego in San Diego, California. This position supports complex surgical and procedural patients across inpatient and outpatient settings, with close coordination among surgeons, clinical staff, and multidisciplinary care teams. Services are provided in support of the Main Operating Room and surgical services in a military medical center environment.




DUTIES OF THE NURSE PRACTITIONER (PT CARE COORDINATOR):

Provide a full range of Nurse Practitioner services in accordance with privileges granted by the Military Treatment Facility.

Provide general screening, medical care, and examinations for routine, acute, and chronic conditions.
