As an IKC Nurse Practitioner (NP) you will support some of our most complex patients, assisting them in navigating a challenging healthcare system. You’ll focus on delivering holistic, integrated care to improve the quality of life for our kidney patients. The Nurse Practitioner provides comprehensive healthcare, both in-person and via telehealth, across the many co-morbid chronic conditions common to CKD/ ESKD patients within a designated market or geographical region.
