Job Summary: The Nurse Practitioner will work as a physician extender in a busy Family Medicine practice that delivers comprehensive patient care in an ambulatory outpatient setting. Non-physician providers are valued members of the clinical practice with faculty physician supervision and active participation in a clinical teaching environment. This person will work in collaboration with physicians in providing diagnostic and treatment services to individuals. Will assess, diagnose and develop a plan of care in accordance with practice protocols. Responsible for obtaining complete medical histories,performing physical examinations, and ordering appropriate diagnostic tests.

Minimum Qualifications:
