**Position Responsibilities**

+ Combination of Inpatient and Outpatient focused role
+ Hours: Monday - Friday 8a-5p (Flexible with schedule)
+ Obtain medical histories, Perform physical exams (within established protocol).
+ Diagnose, treat and monitor chronic diseases (within protocol guidelines).
+ Order diagnostic tests.
+ Prescribe or recommend medications for treatment (within protocol guidelines).
