**Location:** Saint Alphonsus Medical Center – Ontario Wound Clinic; Saint Alphonsus Medical Center - Baker City

**Status:** Full Time

**Schedule:** Traditional clinic work week, M-F; minimum of 36 patient contact hours per week.

**Call:** PRN basis
