Waihi Health Centre is seeking an experienced Nurse Prescriber to join our dedicated and friendly team, including our PERMANENT GP . We’re looking for someone who shares our passion for a patient-centered, shared care model, to assist with our Long term conditions (LTC) clinic.
This could be a shared role or a full time permanent position.
We are a community-focused clinic committed to providing high-quality healthcare to Care Plus patients, high-needs patients, and those requiring palliative care. Our services include in-clinic consultations and home visits when needed, ensuring continuity of care and support for our patients.
