Promoting and maintaining continuity of nursing services for the residents. Responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating, all nursing services during assigned shifts. Supervising, interpreting performance, counseling, and directing CNAs. Acts as a role model and effective team member for stimulating growth and harmony between co-workers and peers.
