Responsibilities
You will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients in the community.
- Provide patient-focused, safe, holistic nursing care and work collaboratively with other members of the health care team.
- Ensure that nursing care provided to our patients is based on current and best practices to achieve successful outcomes.
- Continually assess, anticipate, identify and respond to current and changing needs of our patients.
- Travel within your region between patients' homes.
Qualifications
- Minimum two years of nursing experience (community nursing experience is ideal).
- Registered and in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO).
- Proficiency in English, both verbal and written; additional languages an asset.
- Valid Ontario driver's license and reliable vehicle.
