We are seeking a nurse for a fixed‑term position from 10 August 2026 to 20 January 2027 at the HUS Child Psychiatry Department in Helsinki (Good Mind Hospital, Kivelä Hospital area). The role primarily involves two‑shift work on weekdays, which may include night shifts. The position begins on 10 August 2026 or by agreement.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric care for children aged 6–13 in the HUS area.
• Coordinate the child’s care and lead daily care planning, implementation, and evaluation with a multidisciplinary team.
• Collaborate with the child’s parents and network to plan and implement care.
• Apply the AVEKKI operational model for the prevention and management of challenging situations.
