Position Overview
Position: Nurse Supervisor
Location: New York, NY
Pay Rate: $ 87/hr
Schedule: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Requirements:
-Seven years of experience is required, Five of which were in a supervisory role.
-Associate DON in General Peds, PICU, NICU.
- Plan and Develop programs to improve patient care and employee performance.
-Monitor performance for patient care, assess units w with nurse managers and communicates and assists with any corrective action.
-Develop Record keeping system to record medication errors/counselling.
-Critical care nursing, Nicu, Icu, Pediatrics, Leadership Required.
-Program planning, program development, performance monitoring, communication, corrective action implementation, record-keeping, medication error tracking, counseling, pediatric care, community hospital experience, teaching hospital experience.
-Accepting both travel or Local candidate.
