Job Summary

This role is responsible for coordinating the daily operations of the nursery by managing stock control, sales activities, financial administration, supplier relationships, and staff performance. The incumbent will ensure efficient nursery operations, excellent customer service, and the maintenance of quality standards while supporting the profitable growth of the business.

• Work with the Manager to plan, coordinate and manage nursery activities to improve operational efficiency
• Identify and report potential operational risks to the Manager
