Position Summary
We are seeking 8 reliable and experienced Nurserypersons to support daily nursery operations, including plant propagation, cultivation, maintenance, and general nursery duties. The role requires hands-on horticultural skills and the ability to work in an outdoor and greenhouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Propagate plants through seeding, cutting, grafting, and other propagation methods
- Plant, water, fertilise, prune, and maintain nursery stock
- Monitor plant health and identify pests, diseases, and nutrient deficiencies
- Apply fertilisers and pest control treatments in accordance with safety guidelines
