Nursing Aide is responsible for the provision of a high standard of nursing care to clients. He/she works under the supervision of the Staff Nurse.
Responsibilities - Assist clients with their basic care needs and Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), ensuring their comfort and well-being.
- Always prioritize the comfort and safety of clients, ensuring a safe environment and immediate attention to their needs.
- Accurately document all nursing care provided to clients, maintaining clear and detailed records.
- Observe and monitor clients' physical health and overall well-being, noting any changes in condition.
- Promptly report any abnormalities or concerns regarding a client's condition.
- Ensure proper use, handling, and cleaning of medical equipment in accordance with infection control protocols.
- Any other duties as assigned.
