Job Description

Under the direction of the Registered Nurse or Nursing Management, assists the Nursing Team in provision of a safe and clean environment and overall positive patient experience.

Job Responsibility

*1.Administers nursing care to assigned patients under direct supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN).
*Provides hygienic care to assigned patients and assists with activities of daily living.
*Reports observations and unusual conditions of patients to RN, e.g. alteration in comfort, skin integrity, alterations in breathing pattern, etc.
*Communicates routine information to RN periodically during shift; e.g., intake and output.
*Prepares patients for meals and helps feed them, as assigned
*Provides constant observation over patients requiring increased security to prevent harmful behavior.
