Job summary
This role involves providing strong clinical leadership and acting as a role model to support and supervise nursing staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based, patient-centred care within a head and neck outpatient setting cross site. The post holder will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, contribute to service improvement, and ensure compliance with safeguarding, risk management, and clinical governance standards.
