Summary of Position: Develops and maintains staffing schedules for nursing services department and maintains all related records.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

+ Assumes responsibility for the scheduling of nursing personnel for all shifts through the development, preparation and maintenance of staffing schedules that meet the needs of the community, under the direction of the ALSA Director. Demonstrates proficiency in computerized scheduling systems.

+ Reports to, consults with, and informs ALSA Director regarding activities, needs and issues related to the day to day operations. Enters schedule changes to master schedules and Kronos. Ensures any changes to the schedule are made per processes and policies.
