Position Overview

            Key Responsibilities: 
Oversee the day-to-day management of all nursing and clinical services. 
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and professional standards. 
Lead, mentor, and manage nursing staff, including performance management and development. 
Maintain and improve quality assurance and patient care standards. 
Coordinate resident care plans and monitor clinical outcomes. 
Manage staffing requirements, scheduling, and resource allocation. 
Ensure accurate clinical documentation and record keeping. 
Conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments. 
Liaise with residents, families, healthcare practitioners, and other stakeholders. 
Manage infection prevention and control measures.
