Summary:

Assists patients with menu selections and meal service based on the physician-ordered diet parameters.

Responsibilities:

Prepares food, replenishes work stations and completes assigned kitchen activities.Assists customers with food requests.Follows food safety, sanitation and HACCP guidelines.May transport food carts and trays.
