**Description**



The diet clerk maintains information regarding patient diet orders, menus, special requests, and other requested records. In addition to patient-centered activities, the clerk responds to all incoming calls, and effectively relays all information. Works under direct supervision of the Patient Services Supervisor and or Manager.

**Required qualifications:**



+ Upon hire: National Food Handler Card - State County City Authority

+ Clerical, customer service, and/or therapeutic diet experience.
