Qualifications EDUCATION
Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Dietetics, Hotel Restaurant Management, or related field. Must participate in summer D.P.I. continuing education opportunities.
WORK EXPERIENCE
Required: 3 years of supervisory experience in food service management, preferably School Food Service. Working knowledge/skills with computer applications such as word processing, spreadsheets, and database programs.
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience or knowledge of:
* Quantity food production and service
* Food handling safety and sanitation standards, HACCP
* Institutional menus development
* Staff supervision, selection, and hiring
* Child nutrition programs
* Ability to efficiently use technology systems/programs
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
