Develop and validate NVH (Noise, Vibration & Harshness) solutions for electrified powertrain systems, including eAxle, eDrive and transmission products.
Define NVH targets and ensure compliance with customer and vehicle integration requirements throughout the product development lifecycle.
Conduct NVH simulations, testing and root cause analysis to identify performance issues and implement effective countermeasures.
Collaborate with System Engineering, Mechanical Design, CAE, Validation and Manufacturing teams to optimize product NVH performance.
Analyze test data and prepare technical reports to support engineering decisions and product improvements.
Support prototype builds, vehicle integration, design reviews, DFMEA and product validation activities.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, customer satisfaction and engineering efficiency.
