**Aim of the role**
REEN is looking for you who like to talk to customers, who like to solve challenges, and who like to take initiative. You will be working in a modern and global service and support center that builds heavily on a proactive approach to customer onboarding and follow-up, and to be the first line of incoming inquiries in all channels.

**Responsibilities and tasks**
- To have a strong understanding of REEN’s internal systems and to support the set-up of customer projects within HUB.
- To understand the unique environments of the customer set up within HUB and the effects on the data, ROI and other efficiencies.
- To update relevant documentation on changes, amendments, and updates in line with agreements made with stakeholders.
- To carry out ROI calculations and contribute to a business case on projects and customer accounts.
