The main focus for our new **QHSE Manager** will be to drive continuous improvement across our operations and support our department managers.
As our **QHSE Manager**, you will be responsible for managing and developing the Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) system at Kumera Marine. You will play a key role in ensuring compliance, improving processes, and supporting our different key teams.
We strongly believe that in addition to the responsibilities within QHSE, the new QHSE Manager should have active involvement in one of our operational disciplines. Therefore the position will also be involved in technical purchases supporting our Supply Chain Manager.
