Machine Operators do essential jobs with one of our premier clients in a state-of-the-art facility, with rates starting at $18.97 - $20.97/hr., plus available overtime. In this role, you will operate production machines in a fast-paced environment, including loading/unloading products, completing machine setups and tooling changes, and making minor adjustments to ensure quality and efficiency. You will inspect products for defects, troubleshoot basic equipment issues, and report concerns to the appropriate team members. Responsibilities also include maintaining materials and tools at your workstation, meeting production goals, and accurately recording quality and production data in systems such as SAP, MES, and Go-Canvas. The role requires teamwork, flexibility to perform multiple production tasks, and the ability to operate more than one machine at a time.
