Role Summary

The Oasis Residency is a 24-month, support-raised position designed to develop the next generation of ministry leaders. Residents are not just on staff; they are mentored, stretched, and deployed into high-impact ministry to act as catalysts for Gospel Renewal in Charlotte and around the world.
