Job Summary and Responsibilities Virginia Mason Franciscan Health, a part of the Pacific Northwest Division of Common Spirit, is actively seeking a highly motivated and skilled Board Certified or Board Eligible OB/GYN physician to join our esteemed Laborist team in Federal Way, WA. Position Overview Our group is a well‑established and busy physician and midwife women's health practice. We include 5 OB/GYN physicians, 6 CNMs, and 2 APPs, supported by MFM, Urogynecologists, and Gynecologic Oncologists. We provide evidence‑based women's health services to Federal Way and surrounding communities. Schedule and Duties Work seven (7) 24‑hour onsite shifts per month for 24‑hour labour and delivery coverage. Collaborate with CNMs and provide ER coverage for gynecologic emergencies and surgeries.
