**Job Summary:**

Las Palmas Del Sol Healthcare is seeking an OB/GYN GME program director to join our 24 - resident program in El Paso, TX.

**Qualified Candidates:**

+ Must have current medical licensure or be able to obtain one
+ Must be certified in ABOG or AOBOG
+ Must have least three years of documented residency program leadership experience
+ Be willing to combine administrative and diagnostic (teaching) responsibilities (50/50)
+ Have strong administrative and team building skills
+ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
+ Ongoing and continuous scholarly activity is expected
+ Prior experience as a chief resident or core faculty are highly encouraged to apply.
+ Full scope of OB/GYN with opportunity of inpatient and outpatient work.
