ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Review and monitor assigned locations and PCs for manpower and overtime variances, utilizing manpower analysis data for all ground handling functions. Follow up with local management when the trend is negative and seek to formulate action plans for correction.Support selected Company locations in the provision of optimized human resource planning and staff rostering utilizing the Company’s planning software tools.Conduct “what if” scenarios to provide management information to support manpower decisions.Utilize planning software to support the Finance and Commercial Departments to support costings.Schedule and implement training on the use of Manpower Analysis (MIS) data with all local and General Managers.
