Job title: Occupational Health and Safety Advisor. Location: Montreal site. You will plan, organize, coordinate, and control activities relating to the prevention of workplace accidents and occupational illnesses at AIM Recycling’s industrial site in Montreal.

Responsibilities

• Act as a change agent to develop a strong health and safety culture and support managers with occupational health and safety-related matters.
• Coach managers in developing health and safety leadership and integrating prevention into daily operations.
• Implement and monitor health and safety programs, procedures, and tools to strengthen prevention and accountability.
• Conduct workplace inspections and maintain a visible presence in the field to promote safe work practices and behaviors.
