The Nurse Manager of Occupational Health is responsible for overseeing the hospital s Employee Health/Occupational Health program in direct collaboration with the Occupational Health and Wellness Medical Director. This role ensures compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while promoting a safe and healthy work environment for all hospital employees and employer clients. The Nurse Manager provides clinical oversight and leadership, manages staff, develops policies, and collaborates with leadership to regarding various work-related and employee issues, including workplace injuries and exposures.
