• Mon - Fri; 3:00 PM - 11:30PM - NO WEEKENDS
• Experience with Workers Comp injuries/musculoskeletal injuries, Urgent Care and/or Occupational Health
• IL License
• minimum 2+ years experience
• W2 with Health Benefits, 401k, etc.
• Weekly Pay
• Malpractice Paid
