• 40 hr/wk split time Tonawanda and Lockport (and if possible, Rochester twice/month)
• Schedule 2 days early (6a 2:30p) and 2 days late (10a 6p) - any schedule on Fridays
• Occ Health experience preferred but will still review candidates with PC/UC backgrounds
• BC/BE
• Malpractice paid/weekly pay
