The main responsibility is monitoring employees’ health condition and compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Standards.
What You’ll Do:
- Attend daily employee/client health needs and facilitate the transfer of patients requiring emergency care.
- Administer first aid and basic life support when needed.
- Provide telemedicine across AOR.
- Collaborate with physicians, co-nurses, and OSH Supervisors/Managers to devise individualized care plans for patients/employees.
- Dispense over-the-counter drugs and prescribed medications accordingly.
- Manage, facilitate, and maintain systematic filing and storage of employees’ records related to pre-placement examinations, annual physical examinations, and other relevant records and reports.
