GENERAL DESCRIPTION The position is responsible for the delivery of professional occupational therapy services in the patient’s home, which will address the physical, psycho-social, spiritual, cultural, developmental, and ageappropriate needs of each individual patient and provide home modifications and inspections for ADA compliance. The position is also responsible for providing implementation of Independent Living and other skills training to ensure that individuals with disabilities maximize their opportunities for independent living.
