As a member of a specialized interprofessional team, the Occupational Therapist leads the team in the engagement and partnership with individuals and their family members or their natural supports, in the treatment/service planning process, and in individual and/or multiple family support therapy. In addition, expertise is provided with respect to entitlements, advocacy and working the system.
