Job Description - Assesses and manages patients referred for occupational therapy independently and implements appropriate treatment plans, applying specialised occupational therapy knowledge and skills.
- Reports to referring doctor and other members of the medical team.
- Documents patient occupational therapy records accurately.
- Updates individual performance statistical records monthly.
- Complies with clinical and service standards.
- Practices within areas of professional competence and seeks clinical support from supervisor or other healthcare professionals when appropriate.
