High School Homebound student who needs 30 compensatory hours for OT services (1:45 to 2:45 every Monday).



Hours are flexible and perfect for an OT seeking to pick up extra hours on their existing caseload in the area. All hours should be completed by 6/30 or prior.



Services will likely continue once compensatory hours are met.



Requirements:

Must hold active OT license in Illinois

PEL required
