**Position Overview:**

As an Occupational Therapist specializing in NICU care, you will play a vital role in supporting the growth and development of premature and medically complex infants during their most critical stages. You’ll design and implement individualized therapeutic interventions to address physical limitations, sensory processing challenges, and feeding difficulties—helping each baby reach their fullest potential.

Beyond direct patient care, you’ll empower families through education and guidance, ensuring parents feel confident in supporting their child’s developmental needs throughout the NICU journey.
