Position Overview: The Occupational Therapist (OT) will conduct on-site assessments for consumers according to the Mass Health clinical regulations.

Position Responsibilities: The OT will consider both the physical and the cognitive condition of the consumer and develop treatment plans according to the consumer's specific needs. The OT will communicate progress with the PCP as well as multidisciplinary GLSS staff.

Qualifications:


+ Massachusetts Occupational Therapy license required.

+ Minimum of one (1) year of community-based or long-term care direct service experience required.
